Come stay a while at this wonderful 9 bedroom 5 bathroom villa located in the amazing Championds Gate Resort
The villa can accomodate up to 26 guests in beds so is perfect for large families to be together all under one roof!
This modern 2 storey home is equipped with all the furnishings and appliances you will need to make your vacation your home during your stay in Florida.
The kitchen is equipped with major and minor appliances, dishwasher, fridge freezer, waste disposal, stove, tea kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker etc. All pots pans, flatware cutlery etc. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen area with bar stools and a dining table for more formal meals in the dining area..
The living area has a large sectional sofa, large screen TV and ceiling fan for additional comfort.
There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board supplied.
There are two bedrooms downstairs and the remaining 7 bedrooms are upstairs. There is a further loft seating area with sofa, flat screen TV , ceiling fan.
The garage at the villa has been converted into a game room featuring a pool table, air hockey table, fooseball table for your enjoyment.
Enjoy your own private west facing pool and spa which overlooks a small pond and the golf course at the rear of the home. The patio and shady lanai area are furnished with patio furniture for your relaxation and to enjoy our famous Florida sunshine!

Downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom #1 . 1 King master suite with TV, ceiling fan, 2 nightstands and lamps, dresser, built in closet. Private en suite bathroom consisting large tub bath, separate walk in shower, twin vanity sinks and toilet. This bathroom can also be accessed from the pool deck area for your convenience.

Bedroom #2. Two Full beds master suite with TV, ceiling fan, nightstand and lamp, dresser, built in closet. Private en suite bathroom consisting of, large walk in shower, twin vanity sinks, toilet. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway for your convenience.

Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom #3 Themed superhero bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed, TV, ceiling fan, built in closet, nightstand and lamp. This bedroom shares a Jack n Jill bathroom with bedroom #4 consisting twin vanity sinks, toilet and large walk in shower.

Bedroom #5 three full beds in this room with TV, ceiling fan, dresser. No direct access to a bathroom with this room but there is a family bathroom right next to it consisting a bath with shower, sink and toilet.

Total 3 King beds, 3 Queen beds, 7 Full beds and 2 twin beds. Can sleep up to 26 guests when full beds are fully utilized to sleep 2 people.

Champions Gate guests enjoy state-of-the-art amenities at the luxurious Oasis Club, including a resort style swimming pavilion, complete with a two-storey waterslide, meandering lazy river, children’s water playground and splash pad. Tucked away from the bustle of the family pools is a secluded quiet pool and spa. Spacious and air-conditioned private cabanas are a perfect way to relax poolside. Enjoy a tropical libation at the poolside tiki bar and grab a bite at the Grille Room. In addition the amenities include tennis courts, sand volleyball, a business center, arcade style game room, movie theater, Aerobics room.
So much to do you may not even leave the resort!

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
