Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. The Neighborhood: Champions Gate is a wonderful and complete resort! The community sits only 15 minutes from Disney World, with extremely easy access to I-4. One of the best Orlando area vacation resorts by far! You will find in and nearby the resort all the services that you may need such as grocery stores, restaurants from breakfast to dinner, banks, gas stations, and a lot more for your convenience. There are so many amenities for your entertainment as a beach style pool with water slides, sand volleyball courts, cabanas, and a tiki bar. The clubhouse has two full bars, a full arcade, and plenty of outdoor seating to soak up the beautiful weather. You will always have something to do in this amazing resort!
