The condo is located just off highway 192 behind Sam’s Club and just minutes from the Disney complex entrance. Its location also allows quick access to Target and Walmart Supercenter supermarket (open 24 hours). Elegant home that was decorated with your comfort in mind. Elegance and functionality are the key words, and this can be reflected throughout the home. Open concept kitchen with granite countertops, make this the ideal place for cooking and sharing meals with your family. Leather sofas in the living room. Beautiful pool (heating is an optional paid service) where you can enjoy the warm Florida weather swimming. For your convenience, this home includes a washer and dryer along with FREE WIFI. 1 King bedroom, 3 Queen bedrooms, 1 Twin bedroom and a bunk bed room with a set of twin over full bunk beds. Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
