The beautiful modern kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, pendant lighting and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. All the cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience. In this open floor plan, step into the great room where you will find a lovely formal dining area with seating up to 8 guests. Enjoy lounging around after a long day at the Parks in the contemporary living room featuring a sofa, love seat and large wall mounted flat screen TV. Keep the whole family happy with the Free Wi-Fi. 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds and a set of bunks. The laundry room is also located upstairs for your convenience. Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grill it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
