The villa is a beautiful 9 bedroom / 5- bathroom luxury home located in the popular and world-renowned resort of ChampionsGate. It is only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando and many other Central Florida attractions, convention centres, and outlet shopping.

The stylishly decorated family room, overlooking both the kitchen and dining space offers plenty of comfortable seating surrounding a 70" smart TV with cable and full streaming capabilities.
The modern dining space offers an onsite highchair for families. Additionally, this space opens to a second dining space on the covered patio with ceiling fans. The entire backyard / pool area is enclosed with a screened lanai to ensure your comfort.
The second-floor loft features a large comfortable space with a 65” smart TV and cable for your family or friends to relax, play games or stream your favorite movies and shows.
GAMES ROOM
The games room offers several opportunities for a little competitive fun with your family or friends. There is a pool table, foosball table. Enjoy the large comfortable sofa, a 65" Smart TV, movie theater system with powered projector that allows you to stream/cast your favourite movies and shows from your mobile device, and a surround sound system.
POOL / PATIO
The spacious, brick-paved pool deck is entirely screened with a lanai enclosure, and offers plenty of room to soak in the sun in the pool or deck, or sip a refreshing drink in the cool shade of the covered patio. The pool and spa are surrounded by several pool loungers for your use; an outdoor lounge area with 55" smart TV; a dining area with table and chairs. The second movie theater system allows you to stream/cast from your mobile device to watch a movie, show or music videos from your pool float or while lounging poolside. The outdoor speakers are connected to the projector system giving you optimal sound quality. Or simply connect your mobile device via Bluetooth to the speakers without the projector to set the right ambience with your choice of music.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grill it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

The 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse is simply stunning and world-class. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool.
Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. And, if you're lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun. You deserve being pampered, while little ones are having the time of their lives playing organized resort activities overseen by trained chaperones.
For those interested in hitting the links, there's golf! Champions Gate features an 18 hole golf course while next door has another 36 holes designed by accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman. It is also world headquarters for the famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
